Refunds apply only to eligible services or products as specified on their individual service pages. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Non-Refundable Items​

Digital products, tickets for events, exclusive memberships, and services marked as non-refundable on the service page are ineligible for refunds.

 

Refund Process​

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

 

Event Cancellations​

In the case of event cancellations by WitWaves, a full refund will be provided.
